Return Eligibility
Unused Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason.
Approval
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 7–14 business days with further instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.
Refunds
Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
Amount: Refunds will cover the cost of the returned product(s), minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges.
Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used. Depending on your provider, it may take several business days to reflect in your account.
